MISCELLANEOUS

Have you ever noticed that there are many people who have gigantic burdens and still smile?  They spread cheer wherever they go and never let their burdens get them down to the point where they can't be helpful to others.  Then there are the people who are on a pity party every hour of every day.  They are like parasites to everyone who comes close enough for them to attach themselves to.  Soon everyone avoids them.  They have enough on their plate and don't want to be dragged down to the level of the pity partier.  Does whining about everything change anything?  Nope.  It's like a merry-go-round of depression....it never stops.  So why not laugh and smile as you go through life?

Have you noticed when you are depressed, nothing positive seems to happen in your life because you have given up. You don't feel like doing anything.  But doing nothing gets you exactly that....nothing.  How bad do you want your life to change?  Maybe you should work harder at doing something positive rather than sitting and lying around feeling hopeless.

How many times have you watched someone exercise on television, listened to programs about how you can become healthier and then continued to sit there.  Maybe it's past time to get up and start working towards a better life.  Right now is a perfect time to do that.

If you are without a job there are certain things you can do to change that.  1) get more training...there are loans and grants at trade schools and colleges to help you  2)  You should be spending 8 hours a day looking for a job....go online to every company you can think of and check out what jobs are available, call local temporary job hiring offices, put in your resume at every business you can think of, start your own business even if it is lawn work or hauling everything from junk to furniture for people  3) ask everyone you come in contact with and I mean everyone if they know of any job openings.  If you really want to work, you could have a job.  It may not be what you used to do or making the same amount of money, b ut it would be an income.  And it allows you to keep looking for the perfect job while you have a paycheck.
